As a service partner for functional surface coatings, we are able to give a product new properties or to strengthen already existing properties. Thanks to many years of experience, we can adjust coatings individually to the needs of our customers, but also apply commercially available thin-film systems. This creates an unbeatable advantage for the respective product. During the three decades of our existance, we have continuously developed our strength - the combination of coating material and coating process.

We coat by using the so-called sol-gel process. The substrates are either immersed in the coating solution (dip coating) or the coating solution is applied to the substrate by spraying. The method used depends on the individual properties of the product. After the coating has been applied, the coated parts must be cured in an oven.
